         Quality Service is connected to the worldwide certification system and is supervised by
         Swiss Accreditation Services (SAS). The certificates issued by QS Zürich are recognized
         worldwide and confirm the observance of international regulations.
         QSCS India provides following services :

         - accredited 3rd party certification.
         - Integrated audits.

         Certification Procedure

         Proposal & Quotation
         After having chosen your QS Partner, a visit is arranged. On the basis of confidentially
         obtained information during this initial meeting, you will recieve a tailor-made and clearly          arranged proposal.
         Documentation Review
         Your management handbook is made available to us for scrutiny and review, any
         inadequecies identified during this stage must be addressed and suitably improvised
         before the audit can take place at your location.
         Pre-Assessment (Optional)
         This audit is meant to identify any potential non-conformities in the system which may
         have been overlooked earlier. It serves as a check for the preparedness of your
         organization to go ahead with the certification audit.
         Certification Audit
         Our team of auditors executes the inspection and evaluation of your company, by which
         it is demonstrated that you, atleast once, have applied the management system and
         it is in compliance with the requirements of the applicable standard. In doing so, the
         effectiveness of the implementation of your management system is verified.
         The outcome of the audit is reviewed at the end of each day and agreement is
         reached on addressing any identified or potential non-conformities. At the end of the
         audit, the Audit Report is delivered to you during closing meeting. You will also be
         informed if you will be recommended for certification.
         Incase of deviations that must be controlled and require time, a subsequent audit takes
         place within an agreed period.
         Audit Report review and Certification
         After an independent review of the Audit Report in India and Zürich, the decision for
         recommendation and issuance of certificate is taken.
         Surveillance Audits
         The certification is valid for a duration of three years provided that surveillance audits
         are executed on a semi-annual or annual basis.
         Renewal / Re-certification
         At the end of three years, the complete cycle of audits is executed for the issuance
         of a new certificate and the surveillance cycle continues.
